Ajamu Daniel is a visionary entrepreneur from Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago, and the founder and Director of Pure Harvest Group of Companies Ltd. Since establishing the company in 2022, he has been dedicated to creating authentic, all-natural Tobago-made products that preserve the island's rich culinary traditions while meeting modern global standards.
Under his leadership, Pure Harvest has developed a diverse portfolio of products, including dehydrated spices, caramel browning, Nutri-Fuse mixed fruits and nuts, Accra mixes, and dehydrated fruit snacks — and many more on the horizon. His products are proudly featured on supermarket shelves across Tobago and Trinidad, with expanding reach into both regional and international markets.
Beyond business, Ajamu is passionate about innovation, product development, and supporting local agriculture. His happiest moment so far has been seeing Pure Harvest's products reach supermarket shelves and knowing they represent the flavors of Tobago to the world.
A graduate of Signal Hill Secondary School (Class of 1999), Ajamu enjoys cooking, Architecture, gardening, traveling, and exploring new business ideas. His biggest inspiration is his daughter, Ssanyu Zvi Daniel. Her curiosity, joy, and love motivate him daily to build a lasting, sustainable legacy.
He also thanks his life partner and fellow Director, Candice Joseph, who leads production at Pure Harvest, along with his colleagues at the Division of Settlements for their support in testing and refining the company's products.

Founded Pure Harvest Group of Companies Ltd. with a vision to showcase authentic Tobago-made products. Launched the first line of Nutri-Fuse mixed fruits and nuts.
