Candice Joseph is the Director of Production at Pure Harvest Group of Companies Ltd., where she oversees product development, consistency, and quality. Her role is central to ensuring that every item carrying the Pure Harvest name reflects the company’s standard of authenticity and excellence.
Candice brings a sharp eye for detail that she honed during her years as a successful hairdresser, where precision, creativity, and customer satisfaction were at the heart of her craft. She has carried those skills into Pure Harvest, applying the same level of care and artistry to agro-processing.
Her leadership in production has been vital to the expansion of the company’s product range — from Nutri-Fuse mixed fruits and nuts to caramel browning, Accra mixes, and dehydrated fruit snacks. She is passionate about innovation and is dedicated to upholding Tobago’s culinary traditions while embracing new methods to scale production. Together with Director Ajamu Daniel, Candice is guiding Pure Harvest into regional and international markets, building not just a business but a legacy of authentic Tobago-made products.

Joined Pure Harvest as Director of Production, working alongside co-founder Ajamu Daniel. Oversaw the launch of the Nutri-Fuse mixed fruits and nuts line, ensuring consistent quality and packaging.
